Gated entry community. Watch dolphins play from your private balcony. Spacious condo on the second floor (no elevator) with a fully equipped kitchen. Easy drive to dozens of beautiful beaches. Luxury amenities include heated pool, gym, paved walking trail, tennis courts and more. **COA requires a criminal background check that must be completed and provided to owner at least a month prior to check in. COA tenant fee of $100 Per couple that you will pay directly to management at time of check in. Parking is free however there is an option to purchase a sticker from condo management at check in. The optional sticker allows you to bypass checking in with the guard when entering the property. No smoking or pets permitted. **3 month minimum stay for Winter reservations from January to April.** Thank you!
