Walking distance to Bayfront and John’s Hopkins Hopsital (5mins) and downtown (15min) . Less than 2 min drive to the heart of downtown Saint Pete/Pier, 15 minutes to St. Pete Beach.

Right along the pinellas bike trail making an easy ride to the beach or downtown.

This is a home in a developing neighborhood. There are people experiencing homelessness, pedestrians, cyclists, etc. Respect everyone always.

This home is a remodeled historic 2/1 bungalow in the heart of St. Pete! Lots of large windows for plenty of light, a big fenced in backyard, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, a cute galley kitchen, and large laundry room.
Each bedroom has a king bed, and spacious closets with drawer and hanger space.
Linens and towels are also provided.
The bathroom has plenty of extra storage, along with a detachable handheld shower head.
The living room has a 70in smart TV and comfortable sofa for the perfect night in.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make the perfect home cooked meal - cookware, coffee maker, kettle and much more.
In the laundry area you will find a large capacity new front load washer and dryer.
