"Lovely stay, with fab spa facilities and amazing breakfast. Only negatives were the room was sparsely decorated and a bit sterile (perfectly clean and wonderful bed/bathroom) and a humming sound through the night which was possibly coming from a boiler next door. Would definitely stay again"

"A great place to stay. Very relaxing and peaceful with a small lake. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We stayed in one with a hot tub which was great. In the daylight it feels like it will be overlooked but when it is dark it felt quite private as other places near us didn’t have hot tubs so people weren’t outside. Close to Padstow and the A30, so easy to get to lots of places. We will definitely return"
"Staff, every single one of them polite, couldnt do enough to help. All room clean, a bit dated but that was the only negative. Except window in room was broke but tild reception and they were in it. Food great, breakfast included every breakfast you could imagine frim full English, salmon, pancakes whatever you wanted just ask. Really really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Booked parking prior to stay and our name was on the wall ready and waiting for our arrival. "

"Our stay overall was excellent except on the first morning when the lady serving breakfast was quite abrupt. Our room was spotless as was the en suite. Breakfast and dinner had a varied menu and again both excellent. Free parking on site and an easy walk to the town centre. "Fabulous view of the sea and easy walk to the city centre. There is a beautiful view from the bar and restaurant and I enjoyed one of their many spa massage treatments. The staff in the bar and housekeeping were also exceptional. The room was a bit warm but they do provide fans. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. "
