"This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby The staff are always so friendly and polite I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard! Excellent customer service"

"A warm welcome; lovely room with everything we needed; a comfy bed and a peaceful night; great breakfast. Plus easy parking too! Only a short stay as we were attending a gig at the Utilita Arena - it was great to be able to walk there from the hotel!"

"I think every standard room should have glass wear and tea/coffee , water But I know it’s not only Ibis that cuts down on every need of the guests so they can then charge for those basic services . Check out times keep getting earlier but checkin times keep getting later . This is a general view of mine for almost every Franchised hotel however £30 fee for a night and the cleanness , efficiency, safety of the guests is more than reasonable. I slept very well too."
