Although travelling alone this time, I was made to feel very welcome and safe. My room had a wonderful big bay window and a pleasant view. Nothing was too much trouble - will definitely stay again - recommended.

I love staying here before a flight and also on my return from a long haul. Love that you now get an email to say your room is ready even before time. Big comfy clean bed and spacious too. Only complaint is not enough of those delicious biscuits on the hospitality tray haha

Stayed here with my football and MUFC obsessed 14 year old son, staff very pleasant, cafe football is good for drinks and food with plenty of TVs to watch the football, the rooftop pitch is great and my son loved that, rooms comfy with nice shower, worth the extra few quid for stadium view, only very small gripe not enough toiletries in the bathroom, asides from that no hesitation in 5 stars
