You have a coastal walk of Strangford Lough, an amazing Castle, all the village amenities and great pubs, with the Dufferin Arms providing that that fantastic Irish atmosphere and experience (stones throw from Driftwood. The owners of Driftwood could not do enough to make you feel welcome and were on hand to any questions. Massive thank you to Jo. Exceptional value and highly recommended. "

"Unfortunately took a while for someone to get back to me about checking in as no doorbell etc. water really wasn’t very hot. Wasn’t aware that there was no dining option (eve though it says that in the blurb) due to a function."

"A lovely property in a great peaceful location with spectacular views across the lough. We did lots of activities: paddle boarding, scuba, trips to the beach, horse riding and the Game of Thrones studio tour. The property was perfect for all of this. Dog friendly as well. "

It was the perfect cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stunning Strangford Lough and surrounding areas.The location is idyllic, offering a peaceful and serene escape while still being conveniently close to local pubs and scenic walking paths. It's clear that Robin takes immense pride in their property and genuinely cares about their guests' experience.We couldn't recommend this place more highly. "Lovely couple of days."

"The place is situated right across from the ocean and not super far from Belfast just need to plan on the country roads to get there. Beautiful countryside. Good fish and chips place beside us and they were very helpful for us. However there were some things lacking. There is no information for you when you enter. We had no hot water until our friendly Chipbuddy neighbours showed us how to turn it on. Yes you can have 12 people stay but some of the beds were NOT comfortable and so those should be thrown out as I felt the springs the entire night. Also not a huge thing but there is no hand soap anywhere. Besides that it was a nice stay. "
