"Lovely modern clean hotel. Staff were lovely. Quiet despite being by a busy road. A few minutes walk to to Hippodrome which was the purpose of our stay. "

"Initially the welcome was not the same and the room was not as expected. Requests made before the stay were not met. Once this was rectified the stay was great as before"

"The lady on reception was most welcoming and went above and beyond. The room was clean and well stocked. Staff at the bar and breakfast were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast buffet was perfect"

"Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being free". They also state that the carpark is £18 for 24hours. It was £25. We picked this hotel based on the spa being part of it. "
