Sutton Coldfield Holidays

Location is superb - right in the centre of Malvern. Car parking is on-site and free of charge. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. The room was unbearably hot (no A/C and no fan provided). The bathroom tiny and poor quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was poor. The buffet consisted of packets of cereal and a couple of bowls of chopped fruit. The coffee was weak and the quality of the cooked breakfast, not great. We asked for tomato ketchup and this tiny bowl of thin, red gloop arrived which tasted nothing like tomato ketchup. The whole place had the air of 'cost cutting' which is sad as the property is nice and the location brilliant.

The bedroom.was really spacious, beautiful high quality pillows and bedding. We've innthe restaurant and they were having building work done ar the time, there was dust over menus etc. Food was ok, staff had very limited knowledge of the wines available. Would overall recommend as its a convenient place to stay

Room very hot and had to ask for additional fan. Both fans did not turn as were broken so fans only in one spot in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay at Three Ways House Hotel. It was cozy, comfortable, great spot for my dad and I during our time in The Cotswolds. If we return, we will absolutely stay here again! Wonderful experience.
