"Similar to other hotels. Wifi was good Did not have breakfast or use restaurant. No direct lift access to family room in main building, problem with small children"

"The hotel room would definitely benefit from some tlc . New pillow as ones there are rock hard . Room smelt a bit funky as if windows had not been opened . Staff were clearly stretched due to an event in the hotel so check in took over 20 mins . Late night staffing was excellent. Good facilities for parking but charge should be clearer when booking . Reasonable price for parking ."
