Resort-style studio w/ full kitchen at The Inn Resort at Little Harbor in Ruskin. It's a heavenly hideaway spot for your winter escape, a weekend getaway or just mixing a little pleasure into your business trip. Why stay at a boring business hotel when you can come home each night to a sunset on the beach and have dinner and drinks at the two waterfront restaurant/bar w/ evening live music. The beach is just steps away, across the street.
Unit 509 is a first floor unit facing lagoon and swimming pool. It has 2 queen beds, a full bath, HDTV cable TV, Wifi, a full kitchen w/ stove, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and dish washer. Can accommodate 4 adults.

Remember this is privately managed unit and you should contact us directly for any problems. We are not a hotel business and do not provide routine cleaning. Please reuse the towels and wash them with your laundry as needed. Many of our guests are 5-star rated and we take pride in having more than 80% 5-star ratings from our guests. We are responsive and will do our best to take care of any problems to ensure your stay is comfortable. Please be courteous and take care of our place as you would your own. If you use the dishes, please wash them.

We have upgraded many of our units and added our personal touches to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Please understand that we are not a hotel business and do not provide routine cleaning service. Please reuse the towels and feel free to wash the towels with your laundry as needed. If you need your unit serviced again, we charge $50/cleaning as that is what we pay our cleaner. There are cleaning supplies in the unit for you to use as needed. We love our guests. Many of our guests are 5-star rated guests and we take pride in the fact that we get more than 80% 5-star ratings. We are responsive to your needs so feel free to contact us for any problems. We will do our best to take care of any problems. Please take care of our place as if it is your own. If you use the dishes, please wash them.You'll feel safe at this gated community. You'll meet people from all over the world who are staying at their vacation homes, escaping the winter, weekenders and business travelers looking for some relaxation and fun. The people are generally very friendly and easy-going.There are no public transportations. Most people use their own vehicles or rentals. Uber is available and inexpensive if you don't have a vehicle.

Beat up

The surrounding area was great. Everything within walking distance. The room on the other hand was beat up. The whole building smelled like cigarettes. Light bulbs out in the bathroom, lot of scratches in the headboard. No box spring under the mattress. Dirty sponges under the sink. I would return to the area but not this listing or building.

Filthy not as described!

We arrived late in the evening. The resort is so cute and well kept. The unit we rented however was disgusting!! Everywhere we looked it was dirty and dead bugs. We called the property manager but no answer since it was late. Spent and hour on the phone with VRBO and after sending pictures they said it was “Clean enough” and we should live with it!! We were not able to stay and had to drive an hour to get a hotel and spend more money. The next day the manager gave us a new unit that was “remodeled” it was very poorly remodeled. Nothing was done by a licensed contractor for sure. It also was very dirty and I had to clean it just to stay there. There was very little to use in the kitchen, no towels wash clothes to clean dishes etc. only 2 forks etc, the toaster was stored with the dust pan sitting on it!! The property manager refused to refund even a portion of our stay even though we missed a night and have to pay for a hotel!! I will definitely stay at this resort again but never one of this owners units. We talked to other guests and they had very clean well equipped spaces.

Confused Limbo

First time user for VRBO. The owner finally communicated with us after we got refunded. Vrbo did take care of the first night which did make things better. Might I suggest that when there is a two or more day stay and this happens NOT wait 24 hours. It should go to the next day’s CHECK IN TIME so that renters don’t have to be left in limbo for those hours waiting around to know what to do before checking in again. Thanks.
