"Lovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room."
"It's a bargain but remember you get what you pay for staff were friendly and helpful room clean but very basic
But the beds my goodness they were uncomfortable "
"A beautifully and centrally located B&B with an amazing view. Åsa and Johnny are just the perfect couple making you feel at home. They provide you with a freshly homemade breakfast every morning and valuable Island tips any moment. We just had the best time and would go back anytime."

"Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!"
"We had a wonderful stay and the villa is very well equippedIt has far reaching views of the hills and in the distance the airport so fun to watch the planes coming in. Just worth noting that there are no pool towels provided and also no welcome pack so you do need to buy groceries immediately although there is a supermarket a short drive away so not difficult"
Villa Vista Mar II, 280sqm Luxus, HotTube, amazing stunning oecan view, pool
6/10 Okay
"Plus points•Owner very attentive •Good bathrooms and kitchen area. •Fantastic coffee machine with generous supply of coffee•Hot tub•Super viewsMinus points•Pool cold for second half of the 10 day visit. We think the electricity tripping off in for the heaters in the pump room might have been the explanation. We only discovered this on enacting leaving instructions. The pool man came and said it was fine. It was so cold the next day even the kids wouldn’t get in.•Hot tub only warm (not hot) for last three days (32 degrees – possibly we didn’t know how to make it work properly despite having some instructions)•Games area in garage has ‘chemical’ smell which stopped us using it•Visitors not allowed (sister plus family were staying in nearby villa). Any transgression could lead to eviction from the Villa. Should be highlighted on booking site.•Video surveillance inside and outside. Should be highlighted on booking site. We have young children and would not book a property with extensive surveillance.•Shower enclosures need replacement•No internet all week – not the owners faultThe house is fundamentally very nice and the owner went to great trouble to ensure it was well-prepared for our stay. It’s in a super location, close to lots of supermarkets and a shopping centre, and a short drive from the great beaches and restaurants of Playa Honda. The villa itself is spacious with big bathrooms and a very well-designed kitchen. "
"Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, we were given a choice of room. Room was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Staff all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jon in the restaurant was really excellent!"
"A lovely stay at the property. Very peaceful location away from the main towns. Good facilities in the room, which was clean and well kept. Good breakfast choice.
Helpful and attentive hosts during the stay. "
"Our stay was great for many reasons.
Location - this house is in a quiet residential area, away from roads and busy tourist areas, perfect if you want peace, quiet and privacy. There is plenty of space (secure behind an electric gate) for parking a car, which you’ll need if you’re staying this far from the main resort areas.
Small convenience stores nearby with the larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive.
House and grounds - the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the layout is great with enough space to ensure you’re not falling over the top of one another.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
The kitchen is well equipped and contains pretty much everything you need for holiday catering.
The patio area is enormous so you can follow the sun all day. The pool is built into the volcanic rock landscaping with no pool cover so you do have to scoop out leaves/debris if it’s been windy. Jose who manages the property comes to clean to pool and ensures he's not disturbing you.
If you have very small children you'd have to keep a constant eye on them as there's no way to isolate the pool area or the wider gardens.
The outdoor shower and small laundry room with WC mean you don't have to traipse back through the house to the bathroom if you've been in the pool.
Comms/contact - Jose provided several recommendations and was super-kind when I left some items behind, ensuring I got them back before my flight.
