The rooms are clean, presentable and good value. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want. Location is excellent, on the sea front, central and has its own parking, charged atba very reasonable rate. Highly recommended, value for money hotel. If you want a mid range accommodation, its ideal"

"Overall rooms need attention, very shabby, decoration poor , carpets a no no ,en-suites need some attention to detail . "

"Room comfortable, good beds and linen but for the price, very small with no view and in need of redecoration. Bathroom in need of attention, dripping shower head. Whole property tired and in need of renovation for the price point. Breakfast terrible, very limited non meat options, rubber eggs. Staff very welcoming though! Location perfect. "

"Hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely staff. The spa itself was a huge bonus at a hotel, the only downside I have is that there are a good few steps in this hotel, some quite tricky steps down to the lower level spa, but it was lovely clean and very relaxing. Can get quite busy. "
