The location was superb, property was superb except poolside loungers unavailable throughout our stay from 9am onwards, all were reserved with towels even though not being used. Sun on balcony not round till 1.30. Beach visits very good although very windy for our stay. Issue with lock on door on arrival taking us 15 minutes plus to get in, after phone call to manager this was rectified the next day, even though this was an on going issue the previous occupants had not reported.

Brilliant apartment
Lovely clean and well supplied apartment. Only problem was 2 fans which were not very good but didnt bother us enough to contact owner. Great location, was a bit worried about noise as other people had put in their reviews about it but didnt hear a thing and we slept with the door and windows open and we were not disturbed at all. Also could not get a bed around the pool because towels were left all day on unused beds when it does say not to do it

A very pleasant stay
Unfortunately, when we initially arrived the property had not been cleaned since the previous visitors. This was apparently due to a misunderstanding. Although disappointing the situation was quickly rectified, which was good. The property is very well equipped and quite spacious. The only downside was the lighting in the kitchen area, it would benefit from some under unit lighting as it was quite difficult to see to cook in the evenings. The apartment is well situated and within easy reach of shops, beaches and an efficient bus service for getting around the island. The pool area is clean and well maintained. All in all a good stay was had by us both.

APARTMENT NO 30 LOS GERANIOUS
VERY WELL SITUATED. THE APARTMENT WAS WELL EQUIPPED BUT SEVERAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS FRENCH DOORS FROM LOUNGE WERE LOCKED ON ARRIVAL AND CLEANERS HAD PUT PATIO CHAIRS AGAINST DOOR ON TERRACE TO WARN YOU NOT TO USE DOORS. TERRIBLE SMELL OF DRAINS IN EN SUITE BATHROOM. ALSO TOILET IN OTHER BATHROOM BLOCKED DURING OUR STAY.

Disappointing start
Arrived at apartment to find the reception didn't know we had booked so wouldn't release keys until manager/owner contacted , waited in reception until rectified. When we opened room door rubbish across worktops, food on counters and in fridge , dirty ashtray on table and filthy toilets , then opened bedroom door to find dirty unmade beds , looked like someone had just left , Door into balcony swinging as the lock it as broken and wouldn't close at all. Called owner who apologised ,managed to get someone to come with clean sheets and towels , recieved message from owner saying cleaner was not available till Tuesday (we arrived Sunday) so we went and bought bleach etc to clean apartment ourselves. Broken tiles on bathroom floor so had to be careful if kids going in , and the fans both ceiling and freestanding provide no relief as they are old and past best. We ended up hiring air con . Very poor start to our stay which would def put us off booking again.

Nice apartment, great communication
The good stuff Property is as described, a 2 bed decent sized apartment, 2 bathrooms, huge balcony, full kitchen. There are loads of towels, spare bedding, tea towels,etc The showers are great, we had no issues with water pressure or temperature. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of storage space, its in the ideal location (although its more San Eugenio/Torviscas than Las Americas) for bars, eating, supermarkets, shopping. Its round the corner from a taxi rank and 5 mins drive from Siam Park. The complex is lovely, pool is lovely and not too busy. I emailed the owner on a couple of occasions and got a response really quickly every time. I also requested a late checkout and this was available which was great for us as our flight wasnt until 10pm The improvements (no negatives or bad stuff for us) The apartment is a little dated in places and needs a little bit of TLC particularly the broken tile in the ensuite which is sharp under foot. The thing we struggled most with was the lack of air con. I knew this when i booked so not an issue on the owners part but it was 29 and 30 degrees so it was hot hot hot and getting cool was an issue. There are fans in the apartment which we used but didnt quite hit the mark with it being so hot. Would i use this apartment again in cooler times of the year, absolutely. Its a lovely apartment in a great location with an owner who obviously cares about the customer experience and responds to your enquiries really quickly.

Great apartment
Such a lovely apartment & it has everything you need, very clean comfortable & spacious, i found the beds quite firm but comfortable, there are plenty of towels & bedding & a washing machine if you need it, it did say there was a coffee machine, but couldnt find it, but it wasnt a problem, we did contact the owner about a late checkout as we had a late flight, & it wasnt a problem,the beds round the pool are very uncomfortable, some had mats but i think people had brought them from the apartments.... if i had to make a small criticism, it would be that the on-suite was a bit smelly, like bad drains & was very dark & there was a badly cracked tile on the floor, we contacted the owner about it ( i didnt want him to think we had done it) he said he was going to fix it, we will definatly stay again.

Excellent apartment - very well equipped, large balcony. Heated pool popular with children and adults. Sunbeds a little crude and NO SHADE. Sun umbrellas would be useful. Resort much louder and competing Karaoke bars were frankly annoying as were drowning each ither out with a 'wall of noise' . The authorities should seriously consider limiting the volumes for each individual bar. I'm really not a fuddy daddy about this stuff, but when yiure sat at a bar with sift music, but uts being drowned out by some guy trying (badly) to belt out 'Our House - Madness, but the other Karaoke bar has a lady screaming 'I will survive' - Gloria Gaynor, and a third has 'Smells like Teen Spirit' - Nirvana All merging into a cacophony of nonsense noise, well its just plain annoying. Ratings Apartment - 9/10 Resort during day - 7/10 Food at restaurants - 8/10 Resort at night 2/10

Large Spacious Apartment
The apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a good location. Having a big balcony with loungers, a large smart tv, dishwasher and fridge freezer. It had 2 bathrooms, the only minus point being a permanent bad smell from the en suite. Apart from the problem in the ensuite we enjoyed our holiday.

Overall a lovely, large apartment in a great spot. Decor is a little tired but nothing worth complaining about. My only real issue was the showers - both shower heads were broken and wouldn’t stay up which was slightly annoying and there is a very loose socket in the main bedroom. There was a washing machine available for use which was fab and a Large smart TV with Netflix, Disney etc and this was a godsend for keeping our little girl occupied. I would definitely recommend and return but some slight (and easy) improvements needed.

Large apartment with spacious balcony. Could do with a bit of tlc and it would be very good. One problem for me was the number of steps to reach the apartment. There were 3 sets of 4 or 5 along the walkway but to get down to the apartment at the end there were 9 quite steep steps. I had enquired about accessability before booking and was not aware of these final 9 steps. As an 84 year old with mobility issues it was quite a challenge each time I went out. Also had slight problems with the door lock. It is quite stiff but that may be my age!! Everyone was very friendly on the complex. A few minor improvements and it would be very good.

Property was brilliant, because of the covid virus our flight was cancelled and we had to get the next available flight home, so we arrived on the 9th of March and we came home on the 20th of march instead of 6th of April, we we had so looked forward to our holiday we were very upset to come home after 11 days.

Clean apartment but very hot!
The apartment is nice and clean as previously stated but the couches are covered in unattractive throws as all the leather is peeling off. My main issue was with the temperature within the apartment; it gets very hot and uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep it was that warm. There is no air con and the two fans provided were that clogged with dust they were pretty useless until I dismantled and cleaned them. The location is fantastic though it can be a bit noisy if you open the windows to cool down as it overlooks a bar that has live music until 1am and you can hear passing traffic and noisy passers by. This is a nice apartment in a good area but I wouldn’t stay again because of how hot it gets inside.

Lovely spacious apartment in a central location
Lovely apartment but very noisy due to facing the busy road and people walking past coming home from night clubs at 5am. Also after putting all our valuables, money, passports etc in the safe, we found we couldn’t open it. Emailed Susan who advised going to reception but they didn’t have a key for the safe. Had to call out Steve the maintenance guy who wanted to charge us €95 but we ended up paying €40 as we were desperate and had no money on us. By the time we arrived at the apartment, he had let himself in without us being there and the safe was open! However lo and behold the next thing we know the key turns up at reception for the safe?? Seems like a con??? Not happy 😡. Just a warning to other potential rentals Other than that had a great holiday

Stayed in apartment 30, first impressions was it look ok, but after looking around and staying for 13 days The bad points There were a few problems, the beds are very hard, we did contact the manager Susan to ask if she had any memory foam topper but none available, she told us that she had ordered some but they were coming from Spain and would take a few weeks!, only people after us would know if this happened. the Kitchen cupboards Frige/freezer are very tired and could be replaced, one of the sofa's has a throw this is because the leather is rubing off and get's on your clothes it need to be replaced, the iron looks new but does not work very well. Good points The location is great, pool and bar are very good, bar is cheap with good food, you have to get up early to get a good sunbed you can hire cusions from bar 2 euro a day. very secure with a free safe. The apartment over looks Harley's bar the noise did not bother us, lot's of sun in the afternoon, Plenty of english TV channels if you want them, Wifi good in apartment, All in all we enjoyed our stay and would use again.

The apartment is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. The pool is great and fairly quiet when we visited. The apartment is close to the beaches and there are floats (and a foot pump) and beach umbrellas available for use. There are so many nearby bars/restaurants/supermarkets for easy dining out or in. The apartment building itself is quiet and the area seemed fairly quiet when we visited given that the town is busy. We visited with our 8-yr-old and would definitely book again if returning to Costa Adeje.

Great apartment, fantastic location.
This little gem is right where you need to be. Quiet enough not to be disturbed by late night music yet close enough to some fantastic bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We found the double balcony especially pleasing, having spent a couple of nights in. Another pleasing thing for my son was the Smart TV, keeping him up to date and entertained. It is situated next to Temple Bar pub and Scotch corner which do great home cooked food which we found delightful. Only a five minute walk (literally) to the beach and harbour. The complex has a generous sized swimming pool and bar. We’re already looking to get booked for a couple of stays next year. Pros: washing machine, iron, two spacious bedrooms, tv in every room, iron, cooker, kettle microwave, fridge, two bathrooms superb location, two lots of double doors on to the balcony, great being able to leave it open during the warm nights. Cons: couldn’t say there were any. However it seemed one of the previous guests had take the key to the safe. However we didn’t find this a problem as the apartment is extremely secure, triple lock front door with added security on reception (admittance via a buzzer or your key) so not just anyone could walk in to the apartment block. No hesitation in recommending this for a great stay for family’s and couples alike. Fantastic stay, thank you.

Gorgeous central apartment
This is an excellent apartment and is equipped with everything you can think of. It’s located in the San Eugenio which I think is the old Torviscas area. You will have everything at hand, Las America’s 5 minutes walk in one direction and Adeje 5 minutes walk in the other. Down the hill brings you to the beautiful Fañabe beach and there are some outstanding restaurants nearby. The apartment has 2 bedrooms both light and airy and great storage. The 2 bathrooms are such a treat so the kids could have their own. The showers are powerful and the washing machine great. The kitchen has everything you will ever need even down to Tupperware. The large balcony over looks Harley’s bar and even though centrally located you are not disturbed in the evening by any noise. We slept the whole 2 weeks with the balcony doors open although each bedroom has a fan to keep you cool. The pool is lovely and there are ample sun loungers although the complex could benefit from hiring out parasols as the shaded areas are limited. The pool bar is excellent, great food and so cheap. Our host were brilliant throughout this process and communicated quickly and efficiently. We cannot wait to return next year and have already booked.

trés bel emplacement
bel appartement avec un trés bel emplacement. pas besoin de voiture tout est à proximité. au centre de la zone touristique de tenerife (restaurants, plage à 2 min à pied). la plus belle plage de tenerife. appartement bien équipé il y tt ce qu'il faut même. pas besoijn d'emporter quoi ce que ce soit. un seul inconvinient la salle de bain de la chambre à coucher une drôle d'odeur on n'arrive plus à dormir à la fin dans cette chambre. odeur insupportable. sinon, tout était parfait belle piscine, bel emplacement et trés bel appartement.
