We invite you to eat twice at the pool restaurant, and we offered to give you a 50% discount for your next visit to Tenerife. You certainly didn't go to our apartment, but we didn't leave you on the street without an apartment either. Sometimes these things happen and we fight to make the guest feel good despite the inconvenience. The pools were under maintenance and one was closed every day for three days, so you always had 3 open pools. We hebben drie slaapkamers zoals de foto's laten zien, in de derde kamer kunt u 1 eenpersoonsbed, twee eenpersoonsbedden of een tweepersoonsbed plaatsen. We veranderen matrassen om de 3 jaar en niemand heeft eerder geklaagd. We geven twee handdoeken per persoon, en we geven ook handdoeken voor het zwembad. Het spijt ons voor uw opmerkingen. Es gibt mehrere Strände in der Nähe des Komplexes. Der Strand des Hard Rock Hotel ist kostenlos und weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt.
