Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.

Hotel is NOT a family hotel really It appeared to be a retirement - timeshare set up There is very little for kids here Only 1 pool table working , no lights on the other , so we could not pay in the evening Restaurant don’t know what they are doing Booking no booking

Very good size apartment with kitchen facility. Great views of the ocean. Friendly staff. Courtesy room and cloak room provision was extremely useful. Breakfast was fair. Very nice pool. 30 min walk to beaches.

The Ocen view from the terrace of the property was amazing. We love the stay and if we are coming back again to Tenerife then we will stay in this place. It would have been great if there would have a continental buffet breakfast option available.

You need to be fit, property up a hill and away from main area. We had to go up 3 lifts to reach our room on 8 floor- 1 lift did not work all week. Room was a good size and had a great balcony

Very clean. Bathroom bit dated and bed and pillows not very comfy. Good size room and huge balcony overlooking Adeje and the sea. Great view! Uphill to resort but not too bad we walked it after long walks to el duque and playa, but didnt sucumb to taxis and we are mid 60's. Large resort but quiet. Great pool area and restaurant is very clean and well presented. Also small adult pool away from hustle and bustle. Would return

Fab hotel
Hotel was fab, apartment was spacious and had everything you needed (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, free safe, etc). Pool area was clean, always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, adult only pool as well. Pool side cafe and restaurant which served delicious food and snacks. Entertainment team were lovely, plenty of activities to get involved in. Only downside was the walk up to the hotel which was up a very steep bank -ok going down but not back up! We tended to get a taxi back up, but only 4-5 Euros. We'll definitely be back!

The location was good. There was a well stocked supermarket within walking distance. Although walk back up was on a slope. The reception staff appeared to be under a lot of stress and were not on occasion as helpful as they could be. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and the menu in Zachary’s very good. The were enough sun beds and the pool area was very clean. The curtesy room is quite a distance from reception so by the time you’ve showered and walked back you are hot again. All in all I would recommend the hotel for a week.

Furto in camera: tutto normale Durante la mia recente permanenza al Ramada Residences Costa Adeje con la mia famiglia, abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza estremamente negativa che ha gettato un'ombra sull'intero soggiorno. Purtroppo, siamo stati vittime di un furto in camera che ha visto scomparire 900 euro dalla nostra borsa lasciata incustodita. Questo incidente è avvenuto in un momento in cui la borsa era stata appena controllata, il che ci ha permesso di avere la certezza dell'accaduto. La nostra esperienza è stata ulteriormente aggravata dalla reazione della gestione dell'hotel. L'approccio dell'office manager di fronte a questa grave situazione è stato, a dir poco, superficiale e poco professionale. Non solo non è stata intrapresa alcuna azione concreta per collaborare attivamente alla risoluzione del problema o per verificare le nostre accuse attraverso le telecamere a circuito chiuso, ma le giustificazioni fornite sono state del tutto illogiche e inaccettabili. L'ipotesi di un possibile ingresso in camera da parte di sconosciuti, senza alcuna verifica tramite le registrazioni di sicurezza, denota una mancanza di serietà nella gestione di situazioni critiche che possono compromettere la sicurezza e il benessere degli ospiti. Questo episodio solleva seri dubbi sulla sicurezza e l'integrità del personale dell'hotel, aspetti fondamentali per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva che si rispetti. Entrando nella vostra camera il giorno della partenza, abbiamo immediatamente scoperto uno zaino aperto con due computer portatili. Un membro del personale ha immediatamente preso lo zaino e lo ha consegnato direttamente alla reception.È importante notare che le nostre indagini interne, tra cui una meticolosa revisione dei filmati delle telecamere a circuito chiuso e colloqui con il nostro personale, non hanno rivelato alcuna prova di accesso non autorizzato alla vostra camera o di deviazioni dai nostri protocolli di sicurezza durante il vostro soggiorno o la vostra partenza. Vi ricordiamo che i membri del nostro staff sono sottoposti a una formazione rigorosa per mantenere i più alti standard di professionalità e integrità.La risposta ricevuta dal nostro responsabile dell'ufficio è stata conforme alle nostre procedure consolidate, che richiedono tempo per un'indagine approfondita. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da die Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung besteht, ist es eine tolle Unterkunft. Das Essen im Restaurant ist verbesserungsbedürftig (Frühstücksbüffet nicht in Anspruch genommen). Mit Mietwagen ist die Lage absolut in Ordnung.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (with sea view) with our 1 year old daughter and loved staying at Ramada residences. Our apartment was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The balcony was huge with a wonderful view! Nice outdoor playground on site which we used every day. We could also visit the kids club and let our daughter play. The pool area is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small supermarket at the hotel and 2 other very close by. Nice, warm and family friendly hotel and I am sure we will stay there again 😊
