Hotel was really nice, very clean &in a very nice location, we got room cleaned most of the days whilst there for 12 days we only had 2 days we didn’t get room cleaned&they leave you a little note to say they’re not cleaning tomorrow but if you need towels/bedding then you can call&get more it’s good in that way.
Only things we didn’t like was;
*the cupboards are so high in the room to reach the dishes so unless your very tall then expect to be stretching to reach to get the cups/glasses plates or to store your food
We have a lot of allergies so couldn’t eat most of the food on the all inclusive BUT the staff are willing to cook for you(you just have to get someone who can speak good enough English to translate to the kitchen chefsfor you, Joana from the dining/bar area was really good &helpful she understood us,so thank you!) so most of the food we ate there was chips, beans, home made bread they made for us on request&some fruit -the drinks selection on the other hand was great couldn’t fault it the kids was happy running & making their own drinks every day.They have soya chocolate ice creams (almost like vegan gluten free magnums) which my boys loved but have to ask for them as they are kept behind the bar area in the freezer& when you ask for them you feel as though your asking for too much!
You have to pay for kids clubs so they can dance on the stage €7 per child but kids loved it, entertainment more for adults we felt although no bingo gets played here
