"Our stay was wonderful! Perfectly situated in the theater district just a black away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff was so wonderful. Cindy kept our rooms sparkling clean and was so nice and helpful! She was so accommodating and made it feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort the way she treated us. "

"I would highly recommend finding an alternative hotel. The rooms were very dirty, the bathroom walls had not been cleaned and the entire restroom smelled of urine. The metal beds were cheap and shook when you adjusted. The mattress and pillows were also very low quality. The blinds were filthy and had electrical tape on tears, and the windows were also covered with electrical tape to seal or cover openings. This was among the dirtiest and most unkept hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Also told by hotel desk staff that we could check out a day early without penalty only to find they had charged us the full amount the day before we even arrived and then would not respond to Expedia’s requests for resolution. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE."
