Modern, new hotel. Excellent friendly service. Lovely pool area with plenty of comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Really clean, well maintained modern hotel. Gym needs to be extended, there are not enough machines and you or someone else is usually waiting. There should also be a note left in room telling you not to use the tap water for the kettle or coffee machine, we only found out by asking and wer e told under no circumstances to use it. If it is that important, it needs to be noted.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile that continued throughout our stay. Rooms were really nice - spacious and like the entire resort, spotlessly clean. The food was of excellent quality and service was really good. We ate here event night, despite thinking we might go elsewhere for a change. But the food was so good, it was hard to venture out elsewhere. Pool was lovely - very clean and heated, making it ideal for a swim at any time. Comfortable sun loungers and peace...

Bright sunny room 3rd floor overlooking the beach.A bottle of champagne on ice,2small bottles of red wine and fruit bowl greeted us on arrival. There were 2 sun loungers for our use on the veranda,also slippers and robes. The air conditioning was very welcome. Terrific food at all mealtimes plenty of choice for everyone. Bus stop across the road and taxis are cheap.

3rd time staying here and would highly recommend these apartments. Stayed here for 8 nights in one of the 2 bed villas. Reception on arrival was great and the apartments are lovely (even though we didn't stay in one of the refurbished units. My only gripe is the cost of wifi = €8 a day

Loved the hotel. Don't listen to the negative reviews- if you are not happy here, you won't find happiness anywhere else. Food choice is superb, hotel is spotlessly clean, staff cannot do enough for you, beach across the road, all the bars/clubs a 30 min walk/€5 euro cab ride to Puerto Del Carmen. This place is heaven. Would definitely stay here again if for the staff only. They were great and so helpful. A special call out to the lady in housekeeping who was taking care of our room ( ezmeralda I think) she was hilarious. Wifi was intermittent but worked, would prefer if this was more reliable and didn't have to sign in every time it disconnected. This was the only bad point. Location etc was spot on etc

Love this hotel, it's right on the beach and close to everything. Breakfast was included in our stay and the choice was great.

Excellent hotel

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times since Dec 2019 ....15 months and enjoyed it tremendously . We are really impressed with every member of staff. The pride they take in their respective jobs is to be congratulated , they give more than 100% every time . They are ambassadors for the Riu group.It is an army of happy people who seem to move around of their own accord ,making sure that the visitors have the best experience possible.

We had a great holiday. Entertainment in the hotel was great also.

Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times

We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September.

I was very impressed with H10 Ocean Dunas. Lovely, clean and modern. The rooms are actually very big too. The atmosphere inside the hotel is very chill but straight outside there are loads of bars and restaurants. Best of both worlds. The beach is just around the corner too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We (older couple) loved the location of the Hesperia on the edge of a small, compact and beautiful marine village of Puerto Calero. We really enjoyed our room 546-lovely views. The easy access for walks out towards Playa Quemada or back towards Puerto del Carmen was a great feature. Breakfast buffet -- delicious and varied. Lay-out of hotel very spacious and tastefully done. Disappointed that reception staff were unable to facilitate visit to Teguise market on Sunday-said bus was full!!
