"Clean room, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast!"

"The property is in need of a refurb as it is looking tired in places. Staff were helpful and polite. Outside seating was insuficient on this sunny weekend. Cooked breakfast was good but the continental (cheese & ham etc) was woefully poor. In the light of recent events the security was bad, entry to the rooms via lift and stairs was not controlled in any way so anyone could walk in off the street and have access. Location, location, location is the big plus for this hotel all in all a very enjoyable stay."

"Really nice place to stay great free breakfast with automatic pancake maker nice bar which is reasonably priced staff are very friendly and helpful great late check out at 1200 for free right next to the station only fault 1 of the 2 lifts is awaiting repair (part on order) Really good value 100 yards from the train station and bus station Hull has lots to offer will visit again.. I will visit again "

"Great hotel in an ideal spot for getting to York. The man on reception was lovely...really nice and helpful and very welcoming 😄 The breakfast was great too ...lots of choice all freshly prepared"
