"Staff"

"Relatively close to the airport. For the short amount of time that we stayed at the hotel (6 hours) we enjoyed our stay-comfy, clean rooms. Airport shuttle was full so er had to cab it back to airport for early morning flight. "

"Room was recently updated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great! Will definitely stay there again! "

"Absolutely have to visit Kimberly at the Library Bar!! You will never find another Bay Street sandwich anywhere as good as here (roast beef au jus sandwich)!! The staff are very accommodating and a true pleasure. Shopping is amazing as you can get to the Eaton Center underground. The CN tower for dinner is amazing and a nice experience. Will return soon!!"

"Great staff"

"The room was fairly clean. It was a luxury suite, but it had water damage and there was some kind of red splatter all over one side of the wall. The shower wasn’t easy to use and the elevators take forever! "

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to everything. Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent! We are very happy with our stay. "
