"This was a last minute decision since our flight was departing at 7:30am. It was so easy to check in and out, plus there was no line at TSA the next morning. Would definitely recommend!!"

"I would highly recommend. We had a great stay! The hotel staff was great from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The amenities were great, and we felt completely relaxed throughout our stay."

"The stay was great. The Staff was great, the lagoon beach west of the hotel was awesome and safe. Condado beach was red flagged as unsafe and one life was lost during our week there. The persons went in the water at dusk. Red flags and signs said not to go in the water. This hotels lagoon beach was a god send, safe and the pools ect as well. perfect stay."

"Couldn’t check in until 1.5 hours after I was supposed to. They don’t tell you anything so it was hard to find the parking and anything else we needed. Wouldn’t stay there again, but it could’ve been worse "

"This property was not like the pictures at all. The rooms are in very poor shape. The outside pool area is worn down and poorly taken care of. There were just a lot of little things that weren’t right. I asked for sanitary wipes in the fitness room and over a weeks time, they were never added. One of the treadmills was so loud it hurt my ears. Our tub drain was partially plugged, which they did come and fix. Breakfast made to order omelets were good. All other items were sub par. Half the days they didn’t even offer yogurt. It rained while we were there. Lots of dripping in the main atrium area. Pool water was dirty. Pool deck was all beat up. The beach was the messiest we saw and the worst we went to. All the public beaches are beautiful. Our room amenities weren’t replenished until I had to call and ask for TP, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. It just all added up to a very disappointing experience. Staff seemed nice, though we didn’t interact with them much at all unless we needed something. One positive, the Casino was awesome."

"We had a great trip! The property is very clean and well situated, and the amazing staff worked extremely hard to accommodate our every need! The rooms are not very big, but we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet at the lower level restaurant is good, but not worth $40 unless you have big eaters. Elevators tend to get busy at times, so plan accordingly if you are in a rush. The pool cabanas are worth the rental once or twice, and the staff outdoors by the pool are all wonderful. We will truly miss everyone we met while we stayed here and would definitely return to this resort! "

"Location was nice, close to airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. Right on the beach, chairs and umbrellas were free. Pool was nice. Hot tub was very nice, too. We didn’t like the fact that there were no microwaves on the property available to clients, so if you have any leftovers that require heating up don’t even bring them to the hotel. Coffee takes a long time to be prepared at the coffee shop in the lobby. Also the folks working at the coffee shop seem miserable and are not friendly. Minimal cleaning in the room was done by housekeepers. We finished the tissues within the first two days of our stay and they didn’t replenish or bring new tissues. Food was ok, better options are at local restaurants nearby. Overall it was an ok stay. Next time we come to PR we will most likely stay somewhere else though. "
