"This has got to be the worst stay I’ve ever had at any establishment. The whole hotel is a mess. Check in time is at 4PM but there was an infinite line to do so. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were still not ready mind you it was 4:20PM. I traveled with my sister for her 21st bday and had booked 2 rooms they wanted to place us on different floors for a king bed which is what I had booked but they ran out.
