"Although I did not take a pet, I did notice a jar of dog treats that made it clear pets were welcome. My room was clean generous, with a view of the lake, and tea, biscuits and cartons of water replenished daily. Breakfast was varied with fun touches, and the staff really were great."

"The washroom was not clean, stains on toilet seat and the sink had debris.The table was dirty. The kettle had some liquid inside still from the last customers it wasnt cleaned before the room was given to us. There was no coffee machine in the room even though it was said in the booking that the queen room contains coffee machine. Overall it was totally not worth the price. 👎👎👎👎👎very disappointed "

"Lovely stay. Quiet room and well equipped. Lovely view over the lake. Check in staff were lovely and the spa team helpful - it was busy in the pool so make sure to book a slot by calling the reception to avoid disappointment! Excellent "
