"We had a lovely stay here. The sole working lift did stop working which was clearly causing issues. Unfortunately with old buildings like this one it is ‘just one of those things’. Once both lifts are fully operational there will, hopefully, be less of a problem if one stops working. It didn’t put us off staying again (and we were on the 6th floor!) Our room was lovely and the included minibar a welcome extra at the end of long days on our feet exploring London!"

"Great place in a walkable area. The stairs and movement around property can add some steps but staff on hand was available to carry bags to elevators. Its a large historic building with winding halls. "

"The staff was excellent and corrected all of our concerns during our stay. We felt welcome and well cared for. The restaurant and bar were also delightful. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever return to London."
