"I almost cancelled our booking after reading some mixed reviews online. Im so glad i didnt. The hotel is in an excellent quiet location, within a 5-10 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and close to Victoria station. The layout of the hotel is a bit different but thats also due to the age of the property. We had a deluxe king room which wed chosen as the queen rooms look very small and this was spacious and lovely. The bathrooms on the small size and no fan but towels replaced daily during our stay as well as bottled water. The fridge is a great addition. The bed is 2 singles together, we didnt find it a big ossue but some might. We ate at the Tiffin Tree which is an indian restaurant linked to the hotel and the food was excellent and well priced. Id absolutely stay again and would recommend to others. "

"Hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Check-in was effortless and I was able to keep my luggage there to go to an event after check-out. Breakfast was perfect, both a continental and cooked menu options. Also perfectly situated for Victoria Coach Station and Victoria and Pimlico Underground Stations. Buckingham Palace is about a 15/20mins walk away and Knightsbridge about 20/25mins walk. The hotel is also in a very nice area of London and although my room window looked out the front of the hotel, there was hardly any noise from outside even with the window open. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, I would definitely book again. "
