"Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help, always with a smile. Rooms are basic yet have everything we needed. There is breakfast served in the basement every morning. The area is busy, yet our room was quiet. Right in the middle if the old quarter, tons to do around the area."

"Loved my time at The Icon Saigon. Very friendly staff- Lin was helpful in adding a day to my stay and contacting Vietnam Airlines when I had to cancel my trip to Hue because of a typhoon. Big praise for her. Breakfast was always good, enjoyed the afternoon tea after exploring the city, and Cham was a lovely dinner spot when you just wanted to chill at the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool so looks like I needed to come back!spot "

"4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!"

"Jennie the hotel manager was over the top. Such a lovely person. She arranged our transportation and was so informative, answering questions and giving advice and insight . The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the lake and easy walking everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel and it's our second time staying here. "
