"I love that’s the Flat are walkable , accessible to The Provisions, restaurants , pool lagoon, choices of food ,yummy hamburgers! Activities for the kids We arrived in the evening, poor directions, signage, poor visibility to locate our Flat. Needs more lighting in the streets, very dark,myself and arriving family members got lost also. Arrived at the gate entrance,( gate 2) security just let us in without checking? Got lost and met a staff walking ,also not familiar, helpful with the place, community. But overall the place is amazing . We decided to book our Annual Family Vacation here. We will be back and hoping lighting/ signage will be upgraded or something. By the way Evermore thought about everything, kitchen was fully equip with plates, glasses etc. everything we can think off. Great clothes washer and dryer and dish washer. My daughter works for Disney and she was amazed at Evermore’s offerings. It blows Disney out! Good Job Evermore!! PS the ceiling fans have no setting either it’s off or on high. "

"There were 4 adults in our room and we all slept comfortably in the suite with a pull out trundle. Our room was clean. The staff was quite literally amazing. Check in was very smooth and answered all questions. The breakfast staff were amazing! They walked around refilling drinks asking if we needed anything, I have never experienced that with a continental breakfast. I liked that there were food/drinks available for purchase late (the kitchen was open until 11pm). The bartender Casey was very personable and remembered all of our names, great at making suggestions for food and drinks. My ONLY complaint was the shuttle. There were only 2 times to the parks and both were completely full by the time we checked in at 5pm so we had to take an uber to Disney which was fine but getting an uber back was nightmare, so if you stay here I recommend not preparing to take the shuttle. Overall, we had a great 2 night stay and would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was great with a lot of different choices. Everything was clean! "

"We really enjoyed our time at the dolphin. I is located very conveniently near Disney parks. It has excellent transportation options. The biggest downside which is true for any hotel on Disney property is a lack of affordable food options"
