"Modeen was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself could use some attention. It wasn’t as clean as expected, and it was missing a few basic amenities like coffee cups, curtains in all bedrooms, and hand towels. "The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"Was not able to find parking to bring things in. 2 of the rooms were together. So you couldn’t get in one room without going through the other. And the code to enter the room from the outside was not working. Other than that the house was pretty clean. "

"I had several issues with this rental. 1. The capacity should say 8 adults and two kids because the couch did not fit two grown adults and the air mattress kept deflating. We had to keep blowing it up through out the night. It was very loud! 2. Parking - Only street parking is available. Not garage parking as listed in the ad. 3. Limited linen provided. Bring extra sheets if you plan to use the couch or air mattress. 4. Apartment needs some maintenance. Showerhead in one bathroom...
