"Clean room, annoying plastic-y wristbands that must be worn at all times, even when showering and swimming. Seems excessive and super uncomfortable for a gated resort, as well as really ableist and not at all considering some kids/parents have sensitivities with stuff like that. Also, resort staff notified me via a door tag that during my stay someone would be there to inspect the alarm in my room. Window to expect tbe inspection staff was almost a full day, very inconvenient. When i messaged to complain, I was told sorry then just ignored by staff. I asked to be given a number to Hilton and was never responded to. Overall this didn’t ruin my trip and the room itself was nice. Most staff were very pleasant and the place was very clean. But don’t appreciate having almost a full day interrupted at full cost nor did I appreciate being fully ignored when I just wanted a number to discuss the situation. Not sure if I’d stay again but maybe ok for families with younger children. The wrist band issue was tacky and might be a deal breaker. "

"Property has tons of amenities, and things to do for rainy days and days in between the parks. Room was clean and spacious. Check in staff was friendly. My only complaint was I needed to use the complimentary laundry. I couldn’t access the laundry room. I requested to be let in multiple times and after two hours of waiting, they said they were backed up. It was frustrating but it wouldn’t necessarily prevent me from staying there again. "

"Room was clean. Food at Sid’s, Mexican spot and kids arcade were good. We were put in the very last row of the resort (vvc) and it was terribly far form everything!!!! The closest 2 pools were gross. Chairs at pool gross. Basketball court by us broken. Food and marketplace closed at 7. Nothing opened til 12 noon to eat. Our room (vvc 11-b) itself was ok. No toaster. Light in bathroom falling. Had to call because air broke twice. You share a hallway with the unit Nextdoor like an apartment complex so don’t have expectations for noisiness. We only had 1 roach… I’m not complaining about that because it’s Florida and bugs live everywhere. You can call the front office for a ride in a golf cart to the main hall! If you have more than 5 you need to wait (10-15 min) for another cart. No i wouldnt go back. The place itself It’s about 20/25 min from everything. "

"The property was very nice and family friendly. Breakfast was conveniently served & hot daily. Check in and out was flawless and professional.The only downfall was the bathroom showers & towels. They are dated and need replacement. Overall, our family had a great time here and if we visit Clermont we will definitely come back. "

"Room was dated, toilet did not flush well, sink very slow to drain, hot water tap hard to turn. Shower was not cleaned thoroughly, shower head needs the nozzels cleaned although water pressure was good. Staff was excellent, quick to respond. No ice machines and no breakfast. Almost hard to find without gps and no signage on the front of the building. Maybe this room was given due to rate? Not sure but wouldnt stay longer than noght, maybe two."

"This was a price efficient property to stay in for Disney Parks just right outside of everything so easy to drive to for park days. I always came back to a clean room and added another night on a separate reservation they accommodated me to stay in the same room without having to move. Friendly staff!"
