Our flat was minus wash clothes and conditioner in room.#1
Room#3 was missing the tv remote
The kitchen had a broken toaster and thw sink leaked water all over the floor
After 4 days into a 5 day stay and numerous calls little by little all was taken care of except for the hair conditioner.
Not at all what our past stays have been.
It was quite disappointing to say the least.
