"Very disappointed. We have stayed in the 2 bedrsuite 8 times andoved it. This time our room was not ready at 4:00. Manager said it would take another hour. At 5:00 it was still not ready. Not even an apology. We left and got 2 rooms in a beautiful Hampton Inn for less money. I will not be coming ..."
