Beautiful hotel. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Everything spotless. Breakfast was great and so was location. Very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel is very comfortable and convenient to Terminal 4 and a short tube ride to Terminals 2 and 3. Check in was quick and even though I arrived at 2.15pm( official check in is 3pm) my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, coffee machine, bottled water , a safe, ice bucket, bathrobes and slippers and toiletries. The bathroom was very clean with a bath and a separate walk in shower! The bed was very comfy and I was delineate plug points by the bed....

great location for our specific needs this trip. found staff very helpful and accomodating. rooms clean and hotel modern and has all one would need for a stay in london. breakfast good, yet to try the restaurant but will do so before we leave.
