Our kettle wasn't working properly and unfortunately there weren't any replacements available but otherwise everything was in good condition and very clean. They also gave us a complimentary drink in our room due to it being our anniversary. What lets this place down slightly is the room. Whilst it was still very nice it was on the small side and the shower is the main thing which is not good enough. It’s an old shower head which looks like something you would get in a travel lodge and water pressure...
