"Given the price and location, I wasn’t expecting a great deal to be honest, however I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff and a swift check in and the room was clean and well presented. What surprised me most was despite the proximity to the airport and being on the flight path, I honestly didn’t hear a single plane taking off. My only negative was the fact that I’m a two-pillow sleeper and we only had one pillow each. A minor gripe but not enough to deduct any stars. Overall very pleased with our stay."

"Room was so clean and staff so helpful and friendly Stairs are a major issue for us being not lifts to dining area which I thought a bit unusual point so many transports to airport pods to terminal 3 taxis and drivers are great "

"As expected a delightful hotel, staff polite and attentive. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency when we were required to evacuate as a result of a fire alarm going off! Sadly my G&T had been cleared away by the time I got back in!"
