"Very friendly staff, clean property, close to Easton Centre and other shopping centres. Only issue was heater did not work for the first night that we stayed and it was cold but we were provided with extra duvet. "
"Steps from TTC so easily accessible from Union Station etc. Located near great shopping and restaurants, like Fran’s for breakfast. Rooms are small but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. "
"Great price, very clean, very central, walkable to restaurants, parking available at a good price. Don't forget to ask for a cookie when you register at the front desk, they are delicious!"
"The rooms were extremely clean, the air conditioning worked remarkably and the staff was outstanding. Extremely friendly and sharing information about the hotel. We ordered room service a couple times and it was very good. The only negative I would say is parking and the ability to load and unload your bags. Parking is close but you cannot pull up to the hotel to load and unload. Another thing would be more than one share in the room. We had a nice size room but I do understand most of them are rather small. We could have had a second chair in the corner which just adds more comfort when two people are in the room. I would recommend this hotel many times over. I still can't get past how great the service was!"
"Loved the patio and the neighborhood was very chill and walkable. Hop on the street car steps from your door. Having a place to park was so nice! The unit is very lovely and the finishes are stylish. Lots of little extras...ear plugs if you aren't used to city sounds, which weren't bad during our stay...Brita pitcher...Nice grill on the Patio...Recycling...Soft robes...Comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows. The Rosetta Park and Hew Park are lovely for a stroll or picnic. Brunos Market has a big selection of ready to eat/cook meals if you don't want to cook. We plan to return and discover more of the city. "
"We got an apartment on the LP floor. Once we figured out how to open the blinds our jaws dropped like cartoon characters. The views are absolutely stunning. We were all speechless but loud. Neighborhood is super safe. Security is always there. Public transportation is not far. Would def stay again. Do not hesitate to book, it is absolutely worth it. "
"This was a great place with lots of open room and light. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were very private. The basement was a surprise with its own refrigerator, bathroom and seating area as well as a bedroom. WiFi was very good. It was very easy to navigate around town from this spot. We were never too far from anything we wanted to see. You could hear the neighbors a little, but it wasn’t bad. They certainly didn’t keep us from hearing the tv or sleeping. There were a few items we couldn’t find that would’ve been helpful, such as paper towels or more rags to wipe up spills and the water/ice wasn’t hooked up so it would’ve been nice to have old fashioned ice trays. Our biggest complaint was hidden fees. I’m not sure if this was VRBO or the hosts. We specifically chose this space for the number of rooms and bathrooms. When looking at it, there was a pop up that said “no hidden fees”, so it was quite a surprise when I got the remainder of the charge of 1k more than advertised. It wouldn’t have been so surprising if we hadn’t gotten the no hidden fees pop up. Still, if I had a group, I’d absolutely stay here again. It was a very comfortable, homey and lovely space in a great neighborhood and the price is reasonable. We enjoyed our stay a lot!"
