"Great low price. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation, but they are clean"

"Hotel has recently reopened so there’s bound to be some snagging. No bin in room or bathroom, no towel rail, part of door jarm not painted. No staff to be seen at breakfast and went to reception to ask for eggs as none left. Staff on reception were helpful and apologised. The bedding and bathroom was clean and staff told me that the hotel has been fully refurbished. The dining room and hotel has an elegant but cosy feel."

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. "

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Comfortable stay nice hotel. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice. Very friendly staff Alexa checked us in and was really welcoming and was chatting to the kids"
