Hotel with beautiful Matterhorn view, it is just directly in front of the room balcony. Hotel service is good and staff is friendly, always offering help. Location is excellent. Pick up and drop off service is also provided. Highly recommended!!

Front desk staff were so kind and helpful! Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and the room was clean and the bathroom had a nice tub. The room had a big patio, and the facilities ( sauna, steam room) were great!

It's a fantastic little hotel, location was great, staffs were friendly, especially Karolina. We enjoyed our stay at Zermatt, woke up to the beautiful view of golden Matterhorn. Will definitely be back if we ever visit Zermatt again.

A Great Find

This was a wonderful stay with a great view of the Matterhorn. Comfortable bed bathroom, phone charging next to the bed. Little kettle for tea/coffee. Very clean with helpful staff. I don’t think a better view of the Matterhorn.
