The location is really convenient. We got a very noisy room (011), and there are people outside from early morning making noise. The bed was not the best, and there's a bump at the header. The breakfast is good, but a little bit expensive.

It is close to Victoria coach station, an ideal location travelling from Heathrow by coach. I love the location offers a buffet breakfast with variety of breakfast options which suit the wide range of palates, guests can enjoy the breakfast before heading out to venture the city. Will definitely stay there again next time visiting London.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to all! Having the option of breakfast on site was perfect to start the day! Highly recommend!

Great location so close to Victoria station.
Well attended too and friendly staff.
Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable.
Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better.
Overall no complaints and will be back.
