Great location and good breakfast but bed and pillows are very very hard. My hips and back hurt from the bed and head hurt from the hard pillows.

The room was spotless and the staff was very nice and helpful and advised that the marathon was going to be the Sunday that I left and suggested that I make my way early to the airport to avoid any delays, this was helpful and even organized my transportation, this is not my 1st stay with you, always pleased.

Free upgrade and birthday chocolate at check in! They were really sweet! The room was super clean and loved that there was breakfast included. We had an amazing stay! Will return if we come back to NYC and recommend it to friends.
