Una linda experiencia las personas de cervicio muy amables exelente Cesilia hostess lindicima persona muy amable ,Arturo ,Daniela Rolando Gerrero muy atento Paulina Campos Victor Julio y Raul el Capitan y algunos otros que no recuerdo sus Nombres Quejqas no tengo de ninguna Indole muchas gracis por su hopitalidad Amparo Flores

The staff are incredible. I did not appreciate that not only was it a mix of all inclusive and non all inclusive, the all inclusive package had restrictions. For example, in the one bedroom suite had bottles labeled not included in all inclusive. Additionally, there were meal items not available without extra. Btw the micro aggressive means to get you to go to their timeshare pitch is annoying. They jack up massage prices and give you a discount if you go to the pitch. The joy of an all inclusive is that I don’t need to worry about such matters. As such, I have been to a fair number of all inclusive resorts - this experience is towards the bottom.

Amazing property all around a great experience the spa is a must.

my few comments are that 1. while it was nice to have room service included as well there wasn’t a lot on there which kind of made it kind of less of a feature 2. the mexican place and buffet were fantastic other than that the dining was mediocre 3. the pool temp was almost always too warm which was frustrating other than these things i had an absolutely fantastic time and would recommend
