The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

There was some hair on the bathroom floor and entry way. Staff was friendly and helpful. View was great of the sphere. Location excellent. But the hairs on the floor is a no for me!

Everything was fantastic! Beautiful room, clean and quiet hotel. My only regret is I haven’t checked the parking option - this hotel offers valet parking only which made it difficult for me to access my car
