Very pleasant hotel. Staff very professional, helpful and courteous. Restaurant pretty good too.

This hotel is extremely beautiful but on my first day there was hair hanging from the towels and the water wasn't working at night. Then once the water started working it was extremely low pressure. In addition, since the hotel is an older build the water system is outdated and not reliable. A few of the staff members were kind but some of them were standoffish and dismissive when I shared these concerns.

The room was nice but the shower was poorly designed. The water splashed all over the floor. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Just missing a good breakfast and dining option

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel.

A brilliant location for exploring the cultural attractions along Southbank and easy walkable access into the West End. Also close to bus, tube and train connections. Comfortable, clean rooms, especially those with a river view are lovely. Excellent bar and restaurant options and the staff are really friendly, professional and efficient.

Beautiful decoration of both the hotel in general and the room. The room was slightly on the small side but very nice. The restaurant was excellent for both our evening meal and breakfast, however although the service was good I disliked the 15% service fee applied. Although the norm for the US, it is certainly not

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

Everything was wonderful and described online. It is quiet and walkable for shopping, food and the tube. Abdullah checked us in and quickly became our friend he greeted us everyday and always asked how our day was and if we needed anything just to ask. I will definitely stay here again. I should mention that while in London I got sick and needed to see a doctor and pharmacy, Abdulla helped us find an Urgent care and pharmacy. 24 hours later I was back on my feet and feeling better. Thank you Duke of Leinster!
