Great location, lovely apartment with good facilities. Great left luggage facility if you arrive early. Just be aware there’s no elevator.

Accommodation was faultless, room, decor and cleanliness unremarkable! We stay here ever year at this time and these are the main reasons, however we enjoy a nightcap in the bar but unfortunately when we returned at 2300hours it was closed due to staff shortages which ended our night earlier than it normally would.

Room excellent lovely quiet location but still near city centre etc. staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent.

Excellent location with comfortable and clean accommodations. The Grosvenor suite was very spacious, the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. However, It would not have worked for 2 people. A refrigerator and microwave would be nice at least in a common area. Otherwise everything was top notch. Ryan's pub nearby was fantastic!

Huge apartment, well equipped, very clean.

This hotel is truly lovely. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable with ample amenities. The location is also ideal, just a short walk from the castle and Princes Street.

Amazing hotel, food in the first floor restaurant was truly the best and the new bar with choice of Vinyls was really a unique experience.

Beautiful hotel, room was very nice and spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast!
