"Outstanding apartment. Comfy bed, large bathroom with great shower and tub. Lots of artwork around. Excellent location close to stores and restaurants and the Picardy Place tram stop. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh."
"The staff were very helpful with any questions that we had, as well as the hotel was comfortable and being able to stay in a building with the history it had was a great experience."

"Very courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast included a good variety of food. A couple of mornings when we had to leave before breakfast was served, we were given a bag of food, so we didnāt have to leave hungry. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel."
"Our room was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. The toilet was separate from the shower room which worked well for us. I didnt find it too loud other than one or two guests slamming a door, but nothing I wouldnt expect from a hotel. Staff were helpful and breakfast was similar to any other good hotel ive stayed at. Plenty of towels in the room and the beds were very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the AC which worked but would reset to 23 degrees overnight no matter what setting it was on. Overall great stay and I'd recommend. "
"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and whole building were clean and everything was in good working order. The television however was old and slow- difficult to really use because of this. Otherwise it was excellent!"
"Excellent 3 night stay, I will definitely be back. The hotel is perfectly situated. Very close to the tram line to the airport (5min walk) and maybe a 10min to Waverly train station, but itās also on a very quiet street and very close to the Royal Mile and all the sights. I have nothing negative to say. The room was spacious, the bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the staff was always helpful and friendly. "
"This stay was amazing! Very friendly helpful staff. The flat was immaculate. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Ideally situated for reaching all the typical tourist points but far enough away to be out of the noise and congestion. We would definitely book again . "
