Turned up on the day of the booking. Was advised on their website that someone was there from 1pm till 7pm each day. We got there a little after 2pm. The place was deserted. We rang the bell for CHECK IN as advised on a note on the front door. And waited as instructed in the note. Nothing. No one ...

Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient.

Conveniently located right in front of Lake Orta with lake access. Lovely pool (did not use however). Comfortable room. Parking is tight to get into. Loading and unloading area. Walkable to main center. Shower and bathroom a little outdated. Breakfast buffet was average.
