Check in could have been smoother, garage door for car park wasn't working, then the bedroom door wasn't working or atleast I thought it wasn't, you have to press the handle extremely hard, elderly folks couldn't do it!

We stayed for 3 nights. It was amazing. Staff was very nice and accommodating specially the staff in the kitchen. Would definitely be staying here again when in montreal!
