Stayed here for one night, while my son was admitted to hospital for an emergency procedure. The staff was friendly and stored my luggage before I was able to check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I had one suggestion, it would be an outlet by the bed. Perhaps because I was in a handicap accessible room that may have been the reason. It was just mildly inconvenient for me. Overall would definitely stay again.

The staff were exceptional and although the room felt a little tired and the air con didn’t work, they more than made up for it, thanks to them and the hotel management for creating a culture of welcome. Excellent stay.
