Was contacted through app. Great communication to check in and out.
Found process very simple.
Staff mostly speak French. They were great to try English, as that is all I can speak (used translate app when needed, but rarely needed).
Stayed in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. 17th floor. Used pool daily. Son used exercise room.
Laundry in room ended up being very useful. Very close to many restaurants.
We walked to the Jazz fest, old Montreal and underground city. All 30 min walk or less. Great stay

Big room on top floor, lots of space. Everything was clean and well maintained minus the bathroom vent/ fan. Would def stay here again. Great location, 24/7 staff, beautiful spa facilities, great room for longer stay with its size.

This hotel was nice! I booked a standard queen room, luckily I was on a higher floor. The hotel is located in the city center so it made everything convenient by means of walking. The staff was pleasant and the check-in and checkout process was smooth.
Now about the room itself, it was a standard queen room decent size with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable however, the bed needed some extra cleaning and repairs. The bed frame is cloth and over time wear and tear I’m sure got to it. Objectively speaking as someone that works in the hotel industry there are definitely some PM’s that could be done small things I notice as someone with the hotel experience eye but overall I can say it’s a room with a comfortable bed and just that A BED! My expectations weren’t super high but not low either, I can’t expect much from a standard queen room that I am using solely to sleep. So for that this hotel is a solid in my book! The location alone bumps everything for me to a 8/ 10.

Lovely stay! Very comfortable suite. Cool historic building but interior felt very updated. Great location convenient to Old Montreal but without being in the middle of the tourist action. Will be our go to in Montreal from now on!
