Cancun South Ski Holidays

It was a great stay! The only thing was waiting for breakfast. It was a very long line, but it was good!

I'd like to give this 3.5 stars because the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was overall clean but damp. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom.

Amazing stay!! Everything was spotless. Love the set up and my favorite was the jacuzzi on the beach.

From Day 1 to Day 7 … Riu Palace Kukulkán staff and service was as Spectacular this year as it was last year too…!!! Excellent Food and Newness of the Facility as well as the Very Kind and Attentive Professional Staff was what keeps us coming back.

Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum. Highly recommended!!!

My stay was absolutely amazing and relaxing. This was exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to go back again. Beautiful Resort!!

The hotel is beautiful,the room service is great,several refreshments one day. The staff is amicable and professional. The gym is great.I am not satisfied with several things: 1. Too much noise from the machines outside the hotel and neighboring hotel,especially at night. And the passing motorcycles make large noise. If you are sensitive to noise when asleep,this hotel may not suitable . 2. Number of restaurants is not enough.Only 1 serving breakfast. The restaurant serving international food is closed during my 6 nights stay. No explanation. So no asian food is served , which makes me very unhappy.
