Best to book breakfast the day before (or on arrival) as it is then only £12 for a superb buffet. Waitresses Luiza and Flor were very helpful and assiduous as were the excellent reception staff."

"Service at reception - did not answer my calls when I knew someone was there. Not really as welcoming as I thought either, when arriving there. I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card. I was told at the end of the stay that I should have any charges and that it should reverse out in next few days (in addition to the deposit that I had paid)."

"Stayed for a recent visit to Manchester for a visit to the AO arena, lovely hotel nice bar area where we waited for our rooms to be available, every member of staff we dealt with were very friendly and hardworking, made sure everything we just right for us which is was.
