"The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel was across the street from the l’est train station. 10 minute walk to the quay were they had lots of options to eat and drink. 20 minute to the Notre Dame area. It was a great stay, "

Great hotel but needs staff improvement

"The good - - convenient location from Gare de l'est, about an 8 minute walk - very near cafes, shops, boulangerie, supermarket at a relatively quiet street - we had a comfortable stay in our King room (sheets and towels were clean and fresh; space was more than enough for the 2 of us) - beautiful modern hotel; looked exactly how it did the last time we were there 2 years ago The bad - - check in was not smooth as first i was told that my booking had been canceled, then when the staff eventually found it, I was told to pay because booking had not been paid. After showing her my receipt she apologized half-heartedly and didn't even bother looking at me - housekeeping staff not the friendliest"

"A comfortable stay. Room was always very clean when we’d come back from a day out. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and food options. They also have a restaurant in the hotel which is very tasty! A convenient free water bottle refill station!"

Pleasant

"The AC is not turn on until the weather is considered to be hot. Although the temperature was 26C and the sun was hitting the room head on, it was very very warm. Rooms do not have small refrigerators.However and overall it is a ver comfortable place to stay and close to all public transportation including long distance trains. Plenty of places to eat in the area."

A Hidden Gem!

"Super little place to stay. Perfect location - 15 mins walk from Gare du Nord and 15 mins walk to Les Halles. Aurelie was so warm and welcoming and very helpful with advice for local restaurants. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and dark - no sunlight waking us at sunrise. Local area has lots of restaurants and shops and we felt very safe and so close to the metro. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much- you made our stay wonderful!"
